To connect to your server, you'll need the "Remote Desktop Connection" App, this is a pre-installed app coming with Windows.
Search for "Remote Desktop" on your PC and it should appear in your results.
Enter the IP address you have received and click "Connect".
A new window will popup, asking you to enter your Username and Password, these came with the email you received from us.
After logging in, you will be able to use your service.
